Our process consists of multiple steps between start and finish of a solar system. These include but are not limited to
-On site design and quote by CEC licensed installer
-Application for approval of solar system
-Installation to meet design requirements
-Organise meter replacement with retailer
-Final walk through with customer and
maintenance handbook supplied to customer.

At Valley Solar we offer a 10 Year Guarantee on all workmanship provided with a solar installation. Our goal is to offer the greatest support to customers and be accountable for all of our installations. Being local we can provide quick, precise and reliable responses to any issues found after installations have been finished.
To add to this our products also offer warranties on installed panels and inverters.
Our Solar Panels have warranties ranging from 10-25 years dependant on brands.
Our Inverters have warranties between 5-10 years dependant on brands.
These warranties can give you the peace of mind that by using a local business, you won't be left on your own.
